Santa Baby (Back Ribs)

It's Christmas Day and you see spot a rack of ribs at the dinner table. You walk closer and you see a shiny glaze on top. You get even closer and you can smell the sweet BBQ sauce slathered on the ribs. You start to salivate because you can't wait to sink your teeth into the tender meat.

It's finally time for you to have a taste. You take a bite and the meat is so tender it starts to fall off the bone. It's a Merry Christmas indeed!!

Then you spot the Cinnamon Rolls with a...wait for it...a spiral of bacon inside the roll.

Whoever made these dishes are definitely going to be invited again to next year's Christmas party. That someone could be you!

Santa Baby (Back Ribs) in the Oven
FARMER JOHN® Baby Back Ribs
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbs cayenne pepper
2 tbs salt
2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce (I love the original Sweet Baby Ray)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees f.
Tear off the tough membrane that covers the bone side of the ribs.
Rub brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and salt on both sides of the ribs.
Line a deep pan with foil.
Lie the ribs bone side up.
Cover with foil and loosely wrap the ribs to full enclose it.
Bake for 2-2 1/2 hours (you will notice that the ribs start to shrink away from the bone...that's good)
Remove from oven and start broiler.
Brush on your favorite BBQ sauce.
Broil for 1-2 minutes until sauce is cooked on and bubbling.
Flip ribs and repeat for the other side.
